If there is an issue with your product within the first year of service, due to a company error, I will gladly replace it free of charge. Additional warranty protection can be purchased for both the ThermaVest and key-fob remote. RETURNS

Any damaged products will be shipped back to our business location for immediate processing. All replacement products will be shipped to client within 7 – 10 business days, after receiving damaged goods.

How do I return an item?

 

Contact Armor Innovations and we will provide with return postage, via email, free of charge.

 

What Is Armor Innovation’s return policy?

All returns due to company error will be replaced free of charge. All others return can be replaced by warrant purchase for the first year.

How can I contact your courier service?

All courier names, contact information, and photo I.D. will be provided to the customer.

What are your delivery options?

 All deliveries will be by Fedex or Armor Innovations delivery drivers. Tracking numbers will also be provided for better service along with estimated arrival times.

 

How do I track my order?

Tracking number will provide update to location information. 

 

Do you provide international delivery?

At the current moment, Armor Innovations Inc. is only servicing the United States. We will further update our website for international delivery.
